Optima D31A Yellow Top Battery: The D31 series batteries are Optima's most powerful Yellow Top batteries. Like all Optima batteries, the D31A Yellow Top offers exceptionally high CCA for its size and boasts 75 amp hours of current storage for long deep-cycling run times. The D31A Yellow Top will not off-gas in normal operation, but for complete safety in enclosed spaces its overpressure vent will accept a remote venting tube. The D31A offers the best performance/cost value on the market. It's a stellar performer in virtually any deep cycle battery application, and its Spiralcell AGM construction make it tough as nails... 14x more shock and vibration resistant than conventional batteries.The D31A Yellow Top battery has SAE auto terminals. Deep cycle batteries are built to withstand repeated deep discharging (down to 10.5 volts) without premature failure. This makes them perfect for applications that draw batteries down before they can be fully recharged, -- uses like car audio, trolling motors, marine accessories and off road winches. In such applications, one deep cycle battery will typically last as long as two to ten conventional batteries. Deep cycle batteries get the toughest work, and no other battery in the world is up to the challenge like the OPTIMA deep cycle battery.
